Congratulations today to one of my super brave couples. She sure had her battles and I feel it is important to acknowledge this. Sometimes we feel ; why is it easy for others and not for me?'. I promise you, there are plenty of couples who suffer like you and survive: just like you will with the right help... and that's all it takes.
This lady, was on the 12 week pregnancy plan with me and was experiencing deep anxiety issues from her corporate life. This we healed in the first couple of sessions, as a women needs to feel safe before her body relaxes and prepares for pregnancy. An anxious state just depletes us of essential nutrients and floods the body with chemical hormones, that work against pregnancy.
Then we got down to the business of making- babies and treatments were going well.... I can recall her 5th session with me and her losing all hope and falling into panic and despair. I think she hit a birthday and the age 'story' reared its ugly head...as if often does in my clinic. I told her to get back into the clinic with me asap to finish the sessions and helped her calm her panic.
She was PREGNANT by session 7!! She is 43 and a few days ago gave birth to a cherished little new bundle of joy ...and hard work!
The message I want you to hear if you are reading this.... you will find a way, you have a deep calling within you to have a baby. When hope feels lost, trust me... it isn't. I've seen too many transformations in my 20 plus years of making babies.
If you need help, just take the next step, and if you keep finding me on your feed, it's for a reason.
